The Role
We are seeking a confident and capable Delivery Manager to join our team and take ownership of the successful delivery of software projects. This role is centred on managing the three core pillars of delivery – budget, timeline, and quality – whilst managing external and internal relationships.
You’ll lead project delivery across multiple teams, run structured sprint cycles, maintain strong control over scope and variations, and guide clients through the delivery process with clarity and confidence. You will be supported by an Engineering Lead or Product Architect who will define complex technical requirements and handle deeper engineering decisions, allowing you to stay focused on delivery excellence.
This role is made for someone with strong soft skills, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to take control of situations. You’ll be the person who ensures nothing slips through the cracks: the one who asks the right questions, manages expectations, catches risks early, and steps in to solve problems with a “the buck stops with me” mentality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects across budget, timeline, and quality.
- Run sprint planning, reviews, releases, and day-to-day coordination.
- Maintain clear scope control and manage variations when required.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, setting expectations and leading communication.
- Coordinate designers, engineers, and product leads to keep delivery on track.
- Work with an Engineering Lead/Product Architect for technical clarity and task planning.
- Identify risks early, solve problems quickly, and keep momentum high.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in project delivery, project coordination, or a similar role in software/digital environments.
- Strong capability in managing budgets, timelines, reporting, and client expectations.
- Comprehensive understanding of software delivery processes – sprints, QA, UAT, releases.
- Background in Computer Science or digital Product Management, or experience working with digital engineering teams is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, and able to lead conversations.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Outcome-oriented with a strong focus on balancing scope, time, and quality.
- A proactive problem solver with a natural sense of ownership and accountability.

Product Manager

The Role
We are seeking a mid or senior level Product Manager to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and business outcomes.
You will be responsible for running product engagements end to end. You will play a critical role in setting the rest of the team up for success by scoping, planning, and managing product engagements. Working closely with the Head of Product & Services, you will help shape client requirements into actionable deliverables that guide UI/UX designers and engineers.
In today’s AI-driven development environment, this role requires a multi-faceted operator. You will coordinate the right internal and external resources at the right time, whether that involves design, engineering, prototyping, AI tooling, brand, or strategic input. Your role is to bring products to life and mobilise the right people to make it happen.
This is a client-facing role where you will collaborate directly with founders and businesses, ensuring that what we deliver aligns with their goals and Devika’s high standards. You may be working on brand-new product concepts or driving the next evolution of existing products we have built.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Product & Services in managing new client engagements through Devika’s Proof of Concept process (Planning, Design, and Roadmap phases), as well as designing new features for existing products.
- Manage competing priorities and switch contexts effectively across multiple engagements.
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and modern workflows to improve speed, quality, and product insight.
- Work with clients to deeply understand business goals, customer needs, and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into documentation, user stories, workflows, personas, and user journeys.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create wireframes and interface designs that match user and business needs.
- Partner with engineers to validate feasibility, scope technical requirements, and support sprint planning & estimating costs.
- Uphold Devika’s values and processes in all client interactions, representing the business with professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across clients, engineers, and designers.
- Highly organised, with strong documentation and presentation skills.
- High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in early-stage product environments.
- Interest in or experience using AI tools to enhance product planning, prototyping, or delivery workflows.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- 2-4 years of product management experience in a software or digital agency environment.
- A background in Computer Science, Software Development, or UI/UX Design is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and discovery processes.
